On April 7th, the Boulder County Republicans will be hosting their annual Lincoln Dinner. This event begins with a cocktail and social hour as well as a silent auction, followed by a semi-formal dinner. ”After five” attire is suggested. The dinner will feature candidates for various offices in 2010 as speakers, as well as a keynote speaker.
This year’s keynote speaker is Dr. Robert Kaufman, a political scientist specializing in American foreign policy, national security, and international relations. He is also the author of In Defense of the Bush Doctrine: Moral Democratic Idealism & American Grand Strategy.
Entrée selections include Mushroom Tortellini (Mushroom tortellini served with a light basil cream and truffle essence) and Tuscan Chicken (Chicken breast stuffed with ricotta cheese, sun dried tomatoes, and spinach, finished with a pesto cream).
The cost for this event is $57.50 per person. Reservations are due by March 27th, at which point the cost will increase and additional reservations will be subject to availability. Priority seats with VIP hosts (candidates, retired elected officials, etc…) are also available at a price of $75 per person.
Former Congressman Bob Beauprez (CO-7) will serve as Master of Ceremonies. The event will be held at the Millennium Harvest House in Boulder. Please contact us with questions.
