We are extremely disappointed in President Obama and in the Democratic Party in Congress. They promised us a new era of bipartisanship, but it has been decades since the country has been this divided. The failed policies the Democrats in Washington are damaging this nation and my generation.  We are drowning in twelve trillion dollars of debt while the government passes record budgets and considers trillions in future healthcare expenses.  When we graduate, we are faced with an economy with 10% unemployment, at a time when the world sees increasing danger from terrorists and a weakening dollar.  I still believe that this nation’s best days are ahead of us.  In order to achieve prosperity again, our generation needs to innovate, start new businesses, explore new ideas, and be allowed to follow our dreams. Unfortunately, I fear higher taxes, more regulations, and more government bailouts down the road. The government should not be the enemy of the entrepreneur. I believe that in order to achieve prosperity, we must follow the lead of New Jersey, Massachusetts, and Virginia by throwing off such government by providing new guards for our future security.

We hope that you can get involved by coming to meetings or our events.  We also can help you get in contact with a campaign if you would like to volunteer.

If you are not a student, but would like to help, we would greatly appreciate any donation.   Every penny of your donations go to help us spread the Conservative message to people who are going to vote for sixty years or more.  We provide balance to the overwhelming majority of liberal professors on this campus.  In fact, a donation to the College Republicans is one of the best political investments you can make!
